When Taylor first mentioned getting photos done I was so excited! Not only is her family super cute, but she’s pregnant and those of you that know me know that I’m a total sucker for a baby bump! We set a date and then it rained…..and rained, and rained and rained. I was starting to think that by the time the weather cooperated, the baby bump would be gone and instead she’d be holding a baby. Luckily, Richmond FINALLY got a break from the never ending rain.

I’m so happy we finally got together to get the pictures taken. Not only did I get to do what I love and take photos, but I also met my new best friend, Makenna. She is just the sweetest little princess. I could tell she is such a great big sister to her little brother Braydon, who is equally as sweet, but a bit shy. It was beyond amazing to see the way they loved each other, and I just know they’re going to be such great big siblings to the new baby.

Taylor and Devon and are so down to earth and easy to get along with. You can really see how much love is in this family just from being around them for a few minutes. Devon wins father of the year for not only being able to keep up with Braydon during the shoot, but also having a great attitude the whole time. Other dads, take note!
